Can I enroll in the two courses separately?

Yes, you may enroll in them separately, but enrolling in them separately costs $1,222 combined (nearly $375 more!). Through our partnership with Rockwell, we’re able to offer the courses together for just $847.

Is there an option for in-person classes?

We do not offer in-person classes at this time. Through the Sell It Like Serhant membership, you can get real-time help and feedback from me, The Serhant Team agents, and fellow members as you earn your license and master my entire sales system.

Is the Washington State licensing exam conducted online?

The Washington State licensing exam must be completed in person at a designated Applied Measurements Professionals, Inc. (AMP) testing center. Please read more about the exam here on Washington State Department of Licensing website.

I am licensed to sell real estate in a different state. Do I need to take the Rockwell Institute course to be able to sell in Washington?

Washington State licensing reciprocity varies from state to state. Please check with the Washington State Department of Licensing.

Does this course qualify me to sell real estate in Washington?

Yes, the Rockwell Institute course is the required pre-licensing course for all of Washington State. After completing the Rockwell Institute course, you’ll be able to start selling shortly after passing the exam and joining a brokerage!

In addition to completing the required pre-licensing course, you must fulfill the other Washington State licensing requirements.

Do I have to sell real estate in NYC to learn from the course?

No! All of my sales strategies apply no matter where you sell. Sure, some details of the transaction may be different (co-op boards, anyone?). And, yes, the examples I use in the course are my real clients and listings here in New York City. But these are all universal strategies you should use wherever there are humans buying homes from other humans. That’s everywhere.

Absolutely. Just as selling is the same no matter where you live, the fundamentals of selling are the same no matter the price point. And, remember, I didn’t start in this business selling Park Avenue penthouses. I made $9,000 my first year in real estate doing rental deals.
