How big will my cohort be?

We cap Serhant Preferred cohorts at 20 to ensure a comfortable and effective learning environment for all. 

What happens after the initial 6 months?

We evaluate! After your first 6 months as a member of Serhant Preferred, you’ll meet with one of our expert Admissions Advisors to discuss your experience and determine your next plan of action. Maybe you sign on for 6 more months of Preferred (we know you'll want to!), maybe you pivot to individual PRO Coaching sessions, or maybe you focus on Brand Strategy. Wherever you want to go, we’ll get you there with our library of Sell It Like Serhant programs. 

I need more support for my agents. Can I supplement with other Sell It Like Serhant trainings?

Certainly! When you join Preferred, your team members get to participate in a Sell It Like Serhant onboarding kick-off call with SERHANT. team members and quarterly live digital training with other Preferred community agents, plus they gain access to the Sell It Like Serhant Community Membership and 25% off all digital courses. Think your team needs more? No problem! Speak to our Admissions team about ways to amplify with other SERHANT. team trainings. 

Do you offer any in-person sessions for Preferred members?

Preferred members get the opportunity to attend our Annual Broker Summit in New York City. This in-person event was developed to help Preferred members network with SERHANT. leaders, fellow brokers, and industry experts in a face-to-face environment.
At this time, we do not offer in-person supports as a part of the Preferred program. However, if you have something in mind, please speak with our Admissions team for more information.

Can I bring my team members onto Brokerage of the Future workshops?

No — Brokerage of the Future workshops are for brokerage owners and team leads only. These workshops are specifically crafted to help Preferred brokerage owners and team leads futurize and accelerate business and team structures. We aim to keep these workshops as intimate as possible to ensure presentations and discussions are as productive and inclusive as possible. Although we do not have space to accommodate all team members on these calls, we encourage brokerage owners and team leads to share knowledge gleaned from these sessions with their teams.
